How the team learn to design and build a new Reorder experience
for customers.
Our team is tasked with the objective to learn how users re-order, what their experience current looks like and how we can improve it to make the experience smoother, easier.
Create an intuitive end user experience that prompts users to re-order at expected locations within the site, view all expected information, and access expected functionality to re-order items easily.
As a lead UX designer, my job is to lead the UX methodology, partner with PM, UX Content Designer and other team members to research, brainstorm, user flow, content mapping, build prototype and conduct user testing.




























It was a first time in a company we run Design Sprint, and it was a great success and learning experience for all of us. The collaboration between team members was a big factor contributing to the overall achievement.
With the experience, the team aims to continue to run similar sessions for the next projects.
